Cooperation Process
1: Communication of early project requirements
Before establishing OEM cooperation, customers need to fully communicate and consult with the production company. Whether the customer has a business license, trademark, and whether to choose OEM, ODM, or agency. Whether it is online sales or offline sales, and at the same time understand important information on the qualifications of the processing companies, whether they have production capacity, product quality and price, etc.
2: Product quotation and contract
After confirming the intention to cooperate, customers need to provide their own clear product requirements, such as product functions, scope of use, main ingredients, product size, production quantity and other important requirements. The above negotiates to determine the price, delivery period and other contract terms, and signs the contract. Signing a contract can protect the interests of both parties and ensure that the rights and interests of both parties are protected during the cooperation process.
3: Raw material procurement
OEM manufacturers purchase raw materials based on product needs. Customers can specify specific raw material suppliers, or OEM manufacturers can recommend suitable suppliers. Raw material procurement is directly related to product quality, so factors such as quality, price, and supply stability must be fully considered when selecting suppliers.
4: Sample production and confirmation
OEM manufacturers make samples according to the previous agreement with customers. During the sample making process, they need to strictly follow the formula and production process to ensure sample quality. After receiving the sample, the customer needs to conduct relevant quality testing and effect evaluation to confirm whether the sample meets the requirements. If there is a problem, the manufacturer needs to make adjustments and re-make samples. After the sample is confirmed to be qualified, both parties can proceed to the next stage.
5: Production process and production line preparation
After the customer confirms that the sample is qualified, the OEM manufacturer needs to prepare the corresponding production line and production process according to the customer’s order volume and cycle requirements. OEM manufacturers need to complete customer needs with quality and quantity within the specified time and deliver goods on time.
6: Quality inspection and acceptance
After the production is completed, the processing company needs to conduct quality inspection on the produced products. The inspection content includes packaging appearance inspection, functional measurement, odor, health indicators, etc. After passing the test, customers can accept the product. If there is a problem, both parties need to communicate and negotiate to rectify the product.
7: Packaging and logistics
Packaging design can be provided by the customer or can be designed by the processing factory. The packaging design should meet the marketing needs and have a certain degree of aesthetics, practicality and uniqueness. For the packaging design, the quality of the materials selected and the printing process used are all important. Mass production and final assembly must be approved by the customer, and the appropriate logistics method must be selected within the specified time to ensure that the goods can be transported to the customer safely and quickly.
8: After-sales service and continued cooperation
After the customer receives the goods, the processing company needs to provide necessary after-sales services, such as product usage guidance, quality problem handling, etc. Regarding customer feedback and suggestions, contract processing companies need to pay attention to them in a timely manner and make corresponding improvements. Through good after-sales service, manufacturing companies can establish long-term cooperative relationships with customers and achieve a win-win situation for both parties.
